How to Make Healthy Sweets

Hey, everybody!  Since it’s gotten colder, has anyone been struggling to NOT have brownies, hot chocolate, lattes, and pumpkin pie?? It’s hard! The cold just makes me feel like I need those things and I always feel bad for having them. However, this fall let’s all try to find healthier drinks and sweets to have! Below are some sweets and treats you don’t have to feel bad after having! I’ll give everyone three recipes for breakfast, snacking, and dinner. 

First up, we have fluffy pumpkin pancakes! It’s got nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin purée, almond milk and flax seed!! Of course, you can switch out some ingredients if you wish. Second, we have our healthy snack: maple pumpkin trail mix! This amazing trail mix has almonds, pecans, maple syrup, dried apricots, golden raisins and much more!!
